how is Barbazul wine made?

Barbazul is made with grapes from the vineyards of the Designation of Origin of Cadiz as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Tintilla de Rota, Chardonnay, harvested by hand at the time of ripening of the grapes.

The harvested fruit undergoes malolactic and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and then spends a period of months in French oak barrels for complete aging.
