  1. Select the fruit, which can be any fruit, apple, pear, raspberry, pineapple, blackberry, etc.
  2. Peel it well, cut it into pieces and place it in a glass jar with sugar and water.
  3. Cover the jar with a clean cloth to prevent the liquid from coming into contact with any dust particles.
  4. Place the jar in a place protected from light for eight weeks, which will allow it to ferment.
  5. Once the time has elapsed, it is necessary to transfer the liquid to a new clean glass container, which should be covered with a clean cloth.
  6. Let it rest for four more weeks so that it can continue its transformation process into acetic acid.
  7. When the estimated time has passed, you will obtain a fruit vinegar ready to use as a dressing for your salads or favorite dishes.

Strawberry vinegar

An easy recipe to make and with it you will enjoy your dishes to the maximum, and you will be able to enhance the flavors. Ingredients

  • 200 gr strawberries
  • ½ liter of white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

How to prepare

  1. Wash the strawberries well and remove the green part
  2. Cut the strawberries in half and place them in a large bowl with the vinegar
  3. Let stand for two hours
  4. Then place the mixture in a saucepan with the sugar
  5. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil
  6. When it boils, lower the heat and continue cooking for approximately 15 minutes
  7. Remove from the heat and let it cool down a little
  8. Crush the strawberries into a puree
  9. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to make it homogeneous
  10. Store in a glass jar
  11. Leave in a dark place for two weeks for the flavor to develop

Pineapple vinegar

This is a recipe with which you will enjoy your meals with a different and special touch, and its flavor will catch your palate. Ingredients

  • Pineapple peels
  • Filtered water
  • Chopped cinnamon

How to prepare

  1. Wash the peels of a pineapple thoroughly
  2. Cut pineapple peels into medium-sized pieces
  3. Place them in a large glass jar, filling it approximately ¾ of the way full
  4. Add the filtered water, leaving enough space between the mixture and the lid of the jar
  5. Add the chopped panela
  6. Cover the glass jar tightly to prevent the entry of any external agent that may alter the preparation
  7. Let stand for 7 days approximately, after this time we will observe a foamy film, we should not worry because it is the acetic action that began to take effect
  8. Filter the mixture with a fine strainer in a new glass bottle that will allow to conserve our vinegar.
