  • Fertilizers made from strictly natural products of animal or vegetable origin must be used.
  • The process of planting and harvesting the grapes is strictly manual, so the use of machinery is prohibited.
  • The use of sulfites in winemaking has a strict limit that must be complied with, otherwise it is not considered an organic wine.
  • The use of tartaric acid from the vines themselves is permitted to control acidity.
  • Organic wine must have a maximum of 4 gr/liter of residual sugar.
  • The use of glass containers and natural cork is recommended.
  • Stubble cannot be burned to maintain the microbial flora.
  • De-alcoholization of the wine is not allowed.
  • The raw material used to make the wine must be strictly organic.
